How to delete your data

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time using one of the following methods:

• Back office: If you have a customer account, log in to your back office and delete your data directly from your dashboard.
• Email request: Send an email to contact@elevatecodedigital.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request and confirm deletion within 1–2 hours during business hours.

What data we delete

When you request deletion, we remove your personal information from our active systems, including your name, email address, phone number, mobile number, project details, and any SMS consent records. We only retain information where required by law, for accounting purposes, or to prevent fraud.
