1. Introduction
Welcome to Elevate Code Digital ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services or using this website (elevatecodedigital.com.np), you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services
We provide custom website and mobile application development for service businesses, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, travel and trekking, tours, bus rental, car rental, and taxi booking. Specific scope, timelines, and deliverables are agreed in writing for each project.
3. Payments
Project pricing is quoted in writing before work begins. A deposit may be required to start a project. Final payment is due before final delivery or hand-off unless otherwise agreed.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, brand assets, and timely feedback. Delays in client deliverables may extend the project timeline.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Warranty & Support
We provide a 30-day bug-fix period after launch at no additional cost. Ongoing support and maintenance are available under a separate agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for that specific project.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing project with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will be due.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
