Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to ElevateCode Digital ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services or using this website (elevatecodedigital.com.np), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

We provide custom website and mobile application development for service businesses, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, beauty and dental clinics, travel and trekking, tours, bus rental, car rental, and taxi booking. Specific scope, timelines, and deliverables are agreed in writing for each project.

3. Payments

Project pricing is quoted in NPR and agreed in writing before work begins. A deposit may be required to start a project. Final payment is due before final delivery or hand-off unless otherwise agreed. All fees are fixed for the agreed scope; additional work is quoted separately.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, brand assets, API credentials and timely feedback. Delays in client deliverables may extend the project timeline.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client. This includes source code, designs, content and database schemas produced specifically for your project. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Warranty & Support

We provide a 30-day bug-fix period after launch at no additional cost. Ongoing support and maintenance are available under a separate agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for that specific project.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing project with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will be due.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Data Ownership & Cancellation

Everything we build lives in your accounts, your domain and your repository. If you pause or cancel a project, the work already completed stays with you. Technical fixes, code, designs, content and internal links remain on your domain whether you continue working with us or not. We do not build on rented land.

What you may lose is momentum. Markets keep moving, competitors keep publishing, and software ages gradually — typically holding three to six months before drift becomes visible. We cannot hold your rankings or your code hostage, and we would not want a client who stays only because they are afraid to leave.

12. What We Will Not Promise

Anyone who guarantees a specific ranking, traffic number or outcome is either guessing or planning to do something that could harm your domain. Our commitments are limited to what we can actually control:

• No guaranteed #1 rankings. Nobody controls Google's index. We commit to the work and the method, not to a position we cannot hold.
• No invented traffic targets. We forecast from your baseline and your market, and we tell you when a target looks unrealistic.
• No bought links or black-hat techniques. Cheap shortcuts work briefly and then cost you the domain. We will not put your business on that path.
• No lock-in through obscurity. You own the accounts, the content and the code. Leaving should be easy. Staying should be the obvious choice.

13. Who Does the Work

You get one named point of contact and a direct email line. Your lead handles strategy, scope, competitor analysis, weekly updates and the calls that go with them. Our production team in Kathmandu and Lalitpur handles design, development, testing, schema and on-page work — all reviewed before anything reaches your live site.

You will never be handed to a stranger mid-project, or discover your code was written by someone who has never seen a booking workflow.

14. Transparency & Reporting

You get direct access to your own project board, repository, staging preview and analytics. Not a dashboard we control — the actual accounts, in your name. If our reporting ever disagrees with the live preview or analytics, believe the live data.
