How the white-label engagement actually runs
1. NDA + white-label agreement signed before any project detail is shared. Mutual — you don't disclose our involvement to end-clients; we don't approach your clients or reveal your identity to third parties.
2. We onboard into your tools. Your Slack workspace, your GitHub org, your Linear/Jira board, your Figma workspace. Optionally, email addresses at your domain (@youragency.com) for engineers who need to appear on your team's org chart.
3. You brief; we scope + quote. Fixed-price for defined deliverables, monthly retainer for ongoing work. Your project manager stays the sole point of contact with the end-client — we work behind your PM.
4. We deliver; you review + present. Every artefact (design files, code, deployment notes, documentation) is in your branding, ready for you to hand off. We attend internal video calls if useful; never external ones with your client unless you specifically want us introduced as your 'engineering partner'.
5. You invoice the client at your rate; we invoice you wholesale. Net-15 terms standard, milestone or monthly. Payment via Wise, Payoneer or SWIFT in USD, GBP, AUD or EUR.
Why Nepal for white-label capacity
Nepal offers the strongest price-per-quality in Asia for the mid-market SaaS, e-commerce and marketing-site work that fills most Western agencies' project pipelines. Our engineers ship React/Next.js/Laravel/Shopify/WordPress at senior quality at wholesale prices that let your agency maintain 60–75% gross margins on delivered work — versus 20–35% when using local contractors and 40–55% when using Indian white-label shops.
The other structural advantage is timezone. Nepal (UTC+5:45) gives UK agencies a 4-hour morning overlap and AU agencies near-full-day parity — so your project manager can run standard 9-to-5 hours and still get same-day PR turnaround. Compare to Indian or Filipino agencies where the practical overlap window is smaller.
Who this isn't for
This is not the right service if you're a solo freelancer looking for cheap contract labour to resell — the operational overhead of a proper white-label engagement (NDA, tooling integration, dedicated PM on your side) doesn't pay off below ~USD 3,000/month of throughput. Below that, hire us direct on the hire-developers-Nepal page.
It's also not right if your agency's differentiator is senior engineering itself — if your clients are paying you for the calibre of your named engineers, outsourcing that work under white-label undermines the very thing they're buying. White-label works best when your agency's value is in strategy, design, client relationship or specific market expertise, and engineering is a delivery cost you'd rather outsource cleanly.
