The problem
The client's website showed a single generic 'book a car' form with no fleet imagery, no hourly hire option and no corporate account path. Customers arrived expecting a limousine experience and saw a page indistinguishable from a budget cab site, so the business attracted low-value airport runs instead of the weddings, corporate roadshows and event work it was equipped for. Average booking value sat at AUD 118. Enquiries from company travel managers were rare because there was no way to request an account, no insurance or compliance documentation, and no way to see vehicle specifications before committing.
What we built
We rebuilt the site around the fleet: individual vehicle pages with photography, passenger and luggage capacity, and hourly, transfer and full-day pricing tiers. A separate corporate account journey collects company details, billing preferences and cost-centre references, and routes to a sales inbox rather than the general dispatch queue. Wedding and event landing pages target high-intent seasonal searches with their own enquiry forms and gallery. We added a chauffeur profile section, compliance and insurance documentation, and instant WhatsApp contact for last-minute requests, plus schema markup so vehicle classes and reviews surface in search results.
“The fleet pages did the selling for us. People now arrive already knowing which car they want and what it costs.”
